CNC Machine Operator

Description:

BOSS ProStaffing in East Hartford, CT is hiring for CNC Operators in the Hartford CT area. We have 1st and 2nd shift positions available. Pay depends on experience and shift. The hours for the shifts are as follows:

**1st Shift 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday**

**2nd Shift 2:30pm – 11:00pm Monday through Friday**

Must have previous CNC operating experience. This is strictly an Operating position.

Responsibilities:

* Operate all the basic machine tools and/or advanced variation tools to ensure precision machining operations.

* Monitor and verify parts that are being run to ensure conformance to engineer drawings and quality standards.

* Interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to produce parts and determine dimensions and tolerances as needed.

Job Requirements:

* 6+ months CNC Machine Operation experience

* Reliable transportation

* Ability to work in a team based environment

* Must be able to stand for the majority of 8 hour shift

* Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

* Be a self-starter, able to function efficiently in a fast–paced environment.
